Nothing ever goes my way in my life. Even when it did, there's always some obstacles or other shit blocking my smooth journey.
Yesterday was a good day to go to the beach and go we did. The weather wasn't too hot...lots of clouds and drizzle. The rain came down hard for a while but that didn't dampen our spirit. We went to a laser show later in the evening. I've never been there before and I was struck dumb with awe over the special effects. And here I am claiming to be a true blue local when I never saw one of the most spectacular tourist attractions in Singapore heheh. Too bad I didn't bring along my digital cam. I could have taken some memorable sights there that had made the rest of us to ooohhh and ahhh. My friends nagged me about that..What to do? Ash had brought the cam to work. The next time I promise I would take some pics for memories' sake.
On the whole the day spent at the beach was fabulous. I don't think I ever get bored with the sea. I just love the beach...feel the sand under my feet, the salt in my mouth as I dunk my head in the water, the sun in my face though too much of it makes my skin so much darker. I would just love to have a house by the beach. Besides recreational purposes the calms my soul in times of turmoil.
